Abstract:

This one-hour Advisor Webcast is recommended for Oracle Database Administrators as well as Application Developers of any application (Oracle applications, 3rd party applications and custom applications) using Oracle Database 19c. This advisory will discuss in detail what are the things the DBAs must work on for successful upgrade of the database. We will also discuss a few very important points about what should be done after the DB upgrade, testing and tuning of the applications, setting database parameters correctly, etc. to make the application work well after the upgrade to 19c and to maintain better performance going forward.
