Repository Refresh Error OVMRU_002079E

I'm getting this error on a local filesystem repository:

OVMRU_002079E Cannot refresh repository: OVM_SYS_REPO_PART_3600508b1001c651e445b024e2691382e. It is missing from file system: fs on OVM_SYS_REPO_PART_3600508b1001c651e445b024e2691382e, on physical disk: OVM_SYS_REPO_PART_3600508b1001c651e445b024e2691382e. [Wed Oct 16 08:39:44 COT 2019]

It doesn't let me view the files in the GUI, but if I go to the filesystem the files are there. I already did the steps referenced in the Doc ID 2283137.1, but the problem still present.
