Table Generation Security Setup for using OMW

Hi,

Currently System is allowing to user to generate the table without entering any password through OMW so I  want to setup the security for this.

I got a document that is a bug 27655159.

is there way to setup the password for the table generation using omw? This is very important to avoid any table generation without knowledge.
