When to increase OPP Process Timeout

We have a custom Fixed Assets XML report that for the most part runs fine. It runs as an Oracle Reports method and in this particular situation fails at the Post Processing stage to create the final report output which is supposed to be an Excel spreadsheet. About the only thing remarkable in the request log file is Output file size: 377008736. So it is a fairly large XML output file (at least by our standards). In troubleshooting the issue we have had the user try to run the request in off hours with no change. They have run it
