Is there a way via config to hide the Benefits Fluid List View and only show the Card view?

Our business team has requested the ability to hide/remove the List View option that exists when users login to Benefits Enrollment within Fluid.  We would only like to allow ESS users the ability to view their details via the Card View.

Does anyone know if this can be done via configuration?  Looks like this would need to be done via App Designer but thought Id ask.
