(Zones Proxy Client) svc:/application/pkg/zones-proxy-client:default in maintenance mode

Hello,

Solaris 11.4 x86 virtual machine on VMware:

While logging into the NGZs, the display shows fmadm errors.  fmadm list shows the  svc:/application/pkg/zones-proxy-client:default service is unavailable.  svcs -xv svc:/application/pkg/zones-proxy-client:default shows the service is in maintenance mode.  tail /var/svc/log/application-pkg-zones-proxy-client:default.log shows

[  Executing start method ("/usr/lib/zones/zoneproxy-client -s localhost:1008"). ]

/usr/sbin/sh: /usr/lib/zones/zoneproxy-client: not found

[   Method "start" exited with status 127. ]

Clearing/restarting the service does not put it back on line.

Search of /usr/lib/zones/ confirmed that the zoneproxy-client file is not present in the NGZs (zoneproxy-adm and zoneproxyd are present).
