Oracle Licensing question for new environment

Hi,

We are looking at setting up a new Oracle Database environment and I'd like to confirm some details around licencing before we proceed.

The environment will be as follows:

Oracle Database One (old I know)

Server 2 Sockets with 12 cores per socket running ESX

Oracle server will have 8 virtual cpu's assigned.

Are my calculations of requiring 12 Perpetual Processor licenses correct?
