While Running Post Mass Additions (Report Set) Program, Fixed Asset Is Not getting Posted

Issue:

While Running Post Mass Additions (Report Set) Program, Fixed Asset Is Not getting Posted

Scenario:-

1. Latest Open Period is Sep-2019 for Asset Book

2. In Mass addition, we open the Asset & change the

Queue: Post

Transaction Date: 1-Oct-2019

Date Place in Service: 1-Jan-2016

3. run the Post Mass Addition Program (Request Set)

4. But after the completion of Program, Asset is not getting Posted. it still remains in Post Status.

Note:

In Order to Post the Asset with Transaction Date as 1-OCT-2019, we need to close the Previous Period (Sep-19) then run Post Mass Additions (Report Set) Program. then after Asset is getting posted once we close the Previous Period.
