R12.1.3

RLM: Schedule Lines: Sub Type ( Day/ Week /Month / Quarter / Flexible )    ITEM_DETAIL_SUBTYPE

What is the functionality of this field ITEM_DETAIL_SUBTYPE.

We have customer releases coming in as  Weekly / Monthly buckets. How this information is loaded into RLM and then interfaced to Oracle OM for shipments.

We don't see any ITEM_DETAIL_SUBTYPE in sales order.

Please advise.
