unable to defined Organisation hierarchy

Hi ,

I am unable to defined Organisation hierarchy Properly.

I defined a new Hierarchy as attached in Pic (JB_ORg_defined.png) but after i save and requery this hierarchy.

I notice that the Hierarchy structure looks different as in Pic - JB_org_onrequery.png.

Organisations access for the INV Super user responsibility are defined correctly.

Not sure why the hierarchy is not created properly?
