Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Application

hi all

i am new in warehousing and now we are trying to use cell phone apps on androids as the scanners at our warehouse.

i have downloaded the app (Oracle Mobile Supply Chain App) on my Android phone for testing purposes but when i try to enter the server URL using the organisation WI-FI it doesnt allow me, it shows an error saying enter a valid URL.

when i try to get more info about what seems to be the problem i get solutions like i must first install patches on the server and enable and configure the mobile app on the server and also the mobile app must granted access to the responsibilities on the server.
