How to configure iscsiadm login & ovs-agent: delay or retry

Hello all,

I have:

OVMM 3.4.6

OVS 3.4.6 (clustered nodes = Sun X4-2 Servers)

x2 Oracle ZFS Storage Z3-2 controllers (clustered)

x2 ES1-24 switches

ISCSI storage connectors

Problem description 1:

We experience reqular power failures, with ungracefull shutdowns of the above systems, followed by unattended/ungracefull systems power up. In some cases all systems automatically return to a normal state, with VMs running. BUT, in some cases when the power returns, something goes wrong resulting in the OVS nodes to not login to the storage appliances automatically, resulting in VMs being down, requiring manual intervention.

All that is required to get things going again is to login to the OVS nodes and execute:
