License Plate error

Hi All,

At the time of switching on the LPN Switch in P46L001 for a specific Branch Plant

I am getting below error

As suggested in the error we executed UBE R46L820 to convert the F4602 records but it didn't resolve the issue

Any help on this would be highly appreciated
