Open Enrollment question - Dependent / Beneficiary list

Question  - we are testing Fluid Open Enrollment Activity Guide - Question about the names listed on the Fluid list of Dependents/Beneficiaries.

User will be only able to add a new record. They cannot delete or edit - we designed the security this way.

if someone has an Ex-Spouse in their Dependent/Beneficiary history, but that person is not on any coverages and the “Dependent Beneficiary Type” is set to “None” on the Personal Profile screen, will they populate on this page?  list of Dependents/Beneficiaries
