Automatically Update Burden Schedules
I am working on an issue a client is having with adding orgs to their burden schedules. They are on 12.1.3. They use a large number of burden schedules. Their current process, according to them, is that when they have a new org that needs to be added to a burden schedule, they add the org to the hierarchy, run the PRC: Add New Organization Compiled Burden Multipliers process, and after that, the orgs have been added to the relevant burden schedules (based on the org hierarchy assigned to the burden schedule).
I thought that new orgs had to be added to each burden schedule individually, and then the PRC: Add New Organization Compiled Burden Multipliers process gets run for the new org. Is there standard functionality that does this automatically without having to touch each burden schedule? I tried doing this in a 12.2 instance while working on something similar earlier in the week, and confirmed that I had to add the org to the burden schedule manually, and then run the concurrent process for the org. I am wondering if the client has some kind of customization that is now
