Unable to update depreciation account

Good day all. Just wondered if anybody has come across this issue before.

In Fixed Assets, Mass Additions, Forms personalization was implemented for the depreciation account.

The Depreciation Account was derived from the Asset Category of the asset, however for the Operating Unit, for the Asset Category number, the personalization seemed not to be working. The Asset is currently in the status POST in the Mass Additions. Any suggestion to what might have gone wrong? Your workable contribution towards the solution of this issue will be highly appreciated. Many thanks.
