PS Recruiting 857Tools- We are seeing Applicants who have the Resume icon appearing for the JO on th

It appears that the table that holds the resume PS_HRS_APP_RES is missing the applicant ID is 0 for these applicants even though they did attach a resume.    The view behind the Manager 360 page PS_HRS_JO_APP_A_VW is showing the correctly a resume icon for the applicant but since the PS_HRS_APP_RES table does not have an applicant ID it can not pull up the resume when you click on the icon.

It appears when we reviewed how often this is occurring it appeared to happen a few times a month from September 2017 but since August 2019 when we upgraded to 857 PS Tools it appears to be occurring 25 times a month where the PS_HRS_APP_RES has a Resume with a Applicant ID 0.
