Lease admin IFRS16 and ASC842

Will Oracle Peoplesoft Lease Admin Support both IFRS16 and ASC842   Accounting on a Single BU, Making it possible to geenerate Dual Accounting Entries if Required ?

I have seen on the Notes that Each BU can only Support either IFRS16 or ASC842 but not Both Dual Accounting
