Work Order Routing Back scheduling

Hi,

Wanted to know if the below option exists in JDE

1. Parent "MFG" item is set with Variable lead time

2. Routing with multiple operation using more than is set up. Work centers involved are machine oriented work centers.

When WO is created and R31410 is run, the routing operation start dates are scheduled based on operation machine run hours and the resource units of the respective work centers. Is there a option not to look at resource units and only to look only at the MFG constants (Work hours per day) to schedule the dates, while the resource units are generated and in place.
