Server Busy Error in Siebel

Hi All,

We are having severe problem with users receiving following error. It is an older application with lot of eScripting , heavy assignment manager usage. We also enabled highest level logs in the application (all the time). It does take lot of time to cleanup and identify the root cause. I am looking at quicker way cleanup user sessions on a daily basis from backend using server manager command on a nightly basis which probably would alleviate problem a bit. Also,looking at option of clearing browser cache from users machine. Any ideas or solutions?
