PBCS - How to filter on Metadata on ASO cube when running FRS report...

On PBCS, how do we filter metadata through security on an ASO cube when running a FRS report within the Explore Repository?  Migrating from on premise to cloud and we use filters on our on premise ASO cube to restrict visibility of metadata to only what they have access to through the "metaread" filter but with PBCS, the current security setup does not restrict visibility of metadata when viewing a POV, it shows all members with the dimension and then if you select a member you don't have access to then you get an error.  We don't want the metadata
