Complete listing of all Oracle notifications

Hello,

We are looking to standardize the notifications that are sent to our internal customers (i.e., Accountants, Managers, PO approvers, etc.). In order to start this project we want to see a listing of all notifications that are emailed out based on Oracle alerts. For example, the standard message notifying a journal approver they have an journal batch pending their approval. Is there any place in Oracle where I can view all notifications that we route through Outlook to users in one place (workflow, T&E, PCard, AP, GL)? In order to ensure this list is all inclusive ideally we don't want
