we are not able forecast and getting no data found

Hi All,

we are not able to forceast and getting no data found , soon FRM-40735: WHEN-CHECKBOX-CHANGED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01426. this is the error encountered as soon as I click on the check box after forecast run . please let us know as we are not able to forecast any work orders.
