Oracle client and DMU

On a windows machine (64 bit)  with oracle client software (12c R1 client, regular client or Instant client)   in it, can I use DMU ( database migration utility for Unicode) on this windows machine and connect to database servers remotely and use the DMU tool? Does oracle client (12c R1 client, regular client or Instant client) have DMU or can DMU be downloaded and used with oracle client (12c R1 client, regular client or Instant client) home?
