SQL query is not generating data in rdf

I have a SQL query which is gathering data from sub ledger tables. Query is running fine in SQL developer and it is showing data in 4 minutes. But same query is not generating xml data which I am trying to create from Oracle Reports builder. I am using DB version 12.1.0.2.0 with EBS 12.1.3 I want to know what may be the reasons for this situation and how to encounter this.
