Dataguard issue

Hello

I am in need of some help.  Our senior dba quit and left me with a mess in our data guard.  The system is a RAC with two nodes on both primary and standby. These are the steps I took.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

the error on one of the standby node 1.

SQL> startup;
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 1.0456E+10 bytes
Fixed Size                  2235616 bytes
Variable Size            3456107296 bytes
Database Buffers         6979321856 bytes
Redo Buffers               17977344 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-10458: standby database requires recovery
ORA-01194: file 1 needs more recovery to be consistent
ORA-01110: data file 1: '+DATA/dgr1c/datafile/system.292.750363163'
