PMs not Forecasting on Specific Dates. No Suppression.

Hi. Can anyone help me please on this? I have some PMs not forecasting on between Nov 4 and 10.

Example:

After Oct 21, we are expecting a PM forecast for Nov 4 which is 14 days after Oct 21. But instead, system is giving us Nov 18 as the next suggested start date.

There's no set-up for suppression nor meters for this PM schedule.
