pay_balance_pkg.get_value returns value for 1 GRE but not for the other
We recently setup 2 new GRE's in our system in US legislation.
In one of our custom programs we want to get the YTD balance for one of our balances.
It's a 401k Eligible Comp balance which gets created when we define our 401k element. The balance dimension we are using to get the balance is '_ASG_GRE_YTD'.
But we find that the pl/sql code is returning value for 1 employee but not for the other. Both employees are in same payroll and I am trying to fetch the balance for the same pay period. Both has some earnings which I can see in SOE.
