would like the ability to use SMTP message authentication on his SMTP server. They need the ability to define this action reduces the amount of SPAM and spoofing. - Bug 10849471

Bug 13324760: NEED SMTP AUTHENTICATION - BRAZIL LOCALIZATION

This is the same request as per tech Enhancement BUG 10849471, except it is specific to Brazilian Localization.
By Brazilian law customers are required to apply STMP authentication for any software sending messages. More details on the legal requirements can be found in the documentation attached to the BUG.
