Service Anniversary and Birthdate

We've received a request to provide service anniversary dates and birth dates to a few Admins in our organization. This information is easily pulled via query but we were wondering if there is a way to provide the information in a tile in Manager Self Service that we could then give the Admins access to since the employee's don't report up to the Admins?  Is anyone already doing this or does anyone have a better way to accomplish this?
