MA MLI FLI Calculations Not Correct After Ratio Change

Patch Number 30223681 was delivered in Tax Update 19-D in PS HCM 9.2 that changed the MLI/FLI ration from 0.825/0.175 to 0.82667/0.17333.  Is anyone else having problems getting these calculations to work properly?  We did not have any problems with the old ratio, but after applying the patch, these calculations do not equal to what's on the state tax table.
