Migration App executions are stuck in running status

Hi Team,

Some of migrations are stuck in running status in migration app (19.5) but they are not actually running. Restarted AI and Siebel Server, but still showing the same status. Please suggest how to stop these running migration executions.

these archive ids did not create under siebfile/migration/ directory.
