Are the emails that result from the contract alert (date/spend threshold) notification (CS_CNTRCT_WF

Hello community,

Are the emails that result from the contract alert (date/spend threshold) notification (CS_CNTRCT_WF) process in any way dependent on the notifications and escalations (EOAW_NEM) process?  When first testing contract alerts, we would receive worklist items but not the emails.  We also had part of our NEM job resulting in 'No Success'.  It appeared that once the NEM issue was resolved, we began receiving contract alert emails.
