logclean commands vs purgeLogs
Hello,
I was just getting familiar with the purgeLogs script for use on ODA, example:
# purgeLogs -orcl 20 -tfa 10 -osw 10 -oda 10
However, I noticed that the odacli stack includes both a create-logcleanjob <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">command as well as <span style="color: #1a1816; font-family: 'courier new', courier; font-size: 10pt; background-color: #fcfbfa;">create-auto-logclean-policy.</span></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><br/></span>
It looks like the odacli options target the important areas including GI, dcs, and database, although there's no mention of OSWatcher and TFA logs. I also realize purgeLogs was written for use on other platforms besides ODA. So for ODA users, are these odacli jobs (either manual or auto versions) now the preferred - ahem,
