How to test the connectivity between application interface and gateway in Siebel IP 2019

Hi

we recently facing issue related to application interface deployment failure, as per oracle support web, there is a possibility of either connectivity issue between AI and GW or Zookeeper corruption

How can we ensure that the connectivity exists so that we can investigate on corruption
