Setup F4211 Sales Order INMG to print in Invoice

i am trying to find the setup to print F4211.INMG to print in R42565 Invoice

I am not sure if I need to have record in F4017 since N4002340 only turn on the print flag when there is no record in F4016

Could you please help and let me know if you need any other info
