Patch 26787767 (RUP8) fails with the following error:

  Error loading seed data for ENTRY:  MENU_NAME = UMX_ADMIN_AND_SETUPS_TAB,  ORA-20001: APP-FND-01572: Invalid foreign key data was found for this record.

Value UMX_SEARCH_RESP for column FUNCTION_NAME does not exist in table FND_FORM_FUNCTIONS.
