Is there special Gold Image for GI 18c for Exadata

Hi All, we have Exadata with Grid Infrastructure 12.1 and our target is to upgrade GI to 18c. My question is - Is there special Gold Image for GI 18c  exactly for Exadata or it is the same as if it is not on Exadata Machine?
