Oracle 12.1.0.2.0, 2 node RAC, grid, (ocr/voting in ASM), GI is patched with the following bundle patch 12.1.0.2.180116

12.1 Oracle Clusterware Release patch level ('3230423136')

This is my own testbed system, so I am free to experiment with it.

Little bit backround:

After the downgrade from 19.4 to 12.1, I had problem with crs, it just didn't start after downgrade, error was pointing to corrupted OCR, so I had restored it to the earliest OCR backup (earliest OCR backup had software patch level 962600180), well that also didn't work (what a bummer). Then found out that problem was not with OCR, but there is a OCW bug
