Hide Request Query Type Values

Hello,

I have a custom function to execute concurrent programs using Self Service Page, is there an option to disable or remove All Request from the Request Query Type list of values ?

E.g. As shown in the enclosed screenshot, All Request is displayed, ideally this value should be removed from certain type of users

Any help is highly appreciable.
