Move Orders Error

Hi Team,

Version : R12.1.3

We are trying to do the move order to Oracle Projects.

Getting below error while doing the move order.

Transaction Type:MO Issue Against Project (Using created from seeded Miscellaneous Issue Projects )

Please let us know, can we do move order using project details , if yes.  what steps need to be followed
