Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I'm installing R12.2.9 (fresh install) for a two nodes (two physical servers one DB and one Application) system.

I prepared and patched stage area for DB node.

We have not shared file system being used for physical DB servers and physical Application server.

Can I copy same patched stage area from DB node to Application node and use it to install R12.2.9 on Application server?
