Journal approval workflow error

Hi All,

We are having an issue with Business user trying to approve Journals and when the user clicks on "Approve" button the page spins for few mins and throws "Internal Server error". We are using standard workflow and three custom workflows mailers.

We have tried restarting workflow mailers as well as apache services but still we are facing the same issue. How can we trace this error?

EBS : 12.1.3

DB: 11.2.0.3

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, ohs_admin@************ and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
