Getting Error DISALLOWED URL

I have a exact requirement which is mentioned below in the blog. But I am trying to run blog example in Word and getting error in the log. I did many tried in my example scenario like Import file command but same error keep coming. If some one can help me to resolve this for the blog example then it may resolve in my example.

I am using RDF files for report and design the output in RTF. But exactly same requirement in above blog. And will use this report in EBS R12.
