'Include in Search' for Supplier Profile Questions

When configuring Supplier Registration Profile Questions, there is a column in v9.2.32 that is not shown in the PeopleBooks details or screenshot https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39583_01/fscm92pbr0/eng/fscm/fspr/task_DefiningOnlineRegistrationOptions.html

Does anyone have any info on where I can search on the profile question answers if we select the 'Include in Search' checkbox? When selected for each profile question in my test, record SUP_PROFILE_QST, field SELECT_FLAG = 'Y'. But functionally I don't know how this helps us search. . We do want to be able to search on questions. Especially the answer to our profile question 'Have you attached your W9?'
