Loyalty Transaction Subtype Cancellation Not Available

Dear community,

We are now configuring our Transaction Cancellation Promo. As planned, we have come up with a custom WF which receives all the Txns from Customer's portal, that the engine will process based on our Program. While trying to create a new Accrual/Cancellation Txn, we have found out that Cancellation has been taken out of the searchspec of the SubType associated picklist, preventing users to create this Type/Subtype combination (other than manually clicking on Cancel Transaction button on the UI). Comments state that this was a result of "FR: 12-TQLO2H - Cancel option removed from picklist". We are trying to treat
