Monitor Sessions in SQL-Developer

Hello.

in the SQL-Developer under "tools" there is the function called "monitor sessions", which is very helpful sometimes. It is only accessible as SYS, otherwise an Oracle-942 occurs. Can somebody tell me, which objects (i.e. which dynmaic views) have to be granted to a "normal user", in order to have access to the "monitor sessions" feature?
