Error Code in Order Entry as Scheduling Failed: Unable to meet request date

Hi,

We have enabled ATP for order items which may be not in stock. We are running ATP data collection based on planning output. Our planning runs on MRP which creates supply against demand. MRP runs on scheduled ship date and if scheduled ship date is not available on order lines then MRP will not generated supply(Planned order) for those demand.

 

So we have to enter schedule ship date even stock is not available. Please note that profile OM: Authorized To Override ATP is set as 'Yes' at site level.
