How to change the Dimensions in Aging Inventory Dashboard to Receipt Days

in Enterprise Command Center Framework - EBS (MOSC) Question

In ECC V3, Aging Inventory Dashboard at least one organization is showing age by locators instead of age buckets.

When going to Options and trying to change the Dimension it is not possible.  I can choose Receipt Days from the lov but it changes constantly back to Locator.

Does anyone know what is causing this and how to solve this?
