in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Following fields not shown in SPSO transactions. However they are present in SSSO.

document_release_num is at the record# 4100, position# 200

document_line_num      is at the record# 4100, position# 210

Any idea how to add these or is it a bug?
